Climbing walls
For the enthusiasts who want to test their skills, there's a climbing wall. We give training in method and safety, and have safety harnesses available for hire. There are several grades of climbs available, so you can progress from the beginner to the challenging.
We have available climbing shoes and chalk bags for hire.
Gymnasium
Our fully equipped gymnasium has a full range of weight resistance machines, pin-weighted equipment, and free weights.
Our cardio equipment includes rower, treadmill, stepper and stationary bikes.
Exercise classes
Exercise classes are popular. They are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evenings so you can get fit after work, with the Wednesday and Friday classes in the mornings.
We even run an evening class on Sundays for your convenience.
Yoga classes
Want to really relax while you get fit? Why not join our yoga classes on Wednesday evenings? It's a great way to enyou your fitness in the company of others.
